Our Margaret the Oracle fragrance doesn’t hit with a generic blast of fragrance. It settles in with an grounding, quiet blend of sandalwood, cypress, and cedar. It feels less like a candle and more like stepping inside a remote timber cabin at dusk, where the fireplace has settled into embers and the forest feels heavy, close, and protective just beyond the glass.
Deep inside, a slender thread of wild climbing rose begins to open. We stripped away traditional, powdery sweetness here. Instead, it feels atmospheric and lived-in, like a resilient vine growing against weathered wood, or the faint trace of an old perfume clinging to a heavy wool coat.
As it burns, tonka and cashmere ground the base. They leave behind a soft, velvety warmth that hangs in the air long after the flame is put out.

How do I get the best burn? +
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge (about 1 hour per inch of width). This prevents tunneling and gives you the strongest scent throw. Trim the wick before every burn (about 1/8 inch for our wood wicks), and burn no more than 4 hours at a time.
