2025 Shipping Policy

We’re a small team (sometimes just one or two people!) handcrafting and shipping each order with care. Due to high demand, our current order processing time is 4-5 business days. Our site’s status bar will always show the most up-to-date processing times—sometimes your order may ship out even sooner. Thank you so much for your patience and support!

Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless specified otherwise by promotion or policy. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your zip code and order weight. We ship via USPS First-Class Mail by default, with other shipping options available at checkout. If you use a free shipping promo, your order will ship First-Class or Ground.

Delivery Details
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, though timing may vary by carrier and location. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order—customers are responsible for entering the correct address. Orders returned to us due to address errors will incur additional shipping fees to be re-sent.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We carefully prepare and ship every order based on the information provided. Once the package is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we have fulfilled our part of the delivery process. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to resend the returned package to a deliverable address.

Secure Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address is secure. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are unable to offer information beyond what’s available in tracking. For carrier-specific inquiries after shipping, please contact USPS or the carrier directly using your tracking number.
