 🕯️✨ We first introduced Glogg into our Winter line in 2017 but have spent the past several years perfecting the scent to embody Hygge and Glogg as they relate.

Hygge isn't just about the cozy ambiance at home; it's about savoring the flavors and traditions that warm our souls. And that's precisely what "Glogg" brings to your space.

Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise specified through promotion or policy. Shipping fees will be calculated by zip code and weight at checkout. We ship packages via first-class mail, with other shipping methods as optional upgrades.

When a FREE SHIPPING promo is offered, all orders ship FIRST-CLASS, or Ground.

You are responsible for making sure that you are providing us with a secure shipping location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for their packages. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

All orders are processed in accordance with what our banner states at the top of the home page, as we always have our current processing times stated. After shipping, orders can take 3-7 business days for actual delivery, and sometimes more depending on the carrier. Once the item is in shipment, You will receive a tracking number. Once the order has been delivered to the carrier of choice, we are unable to give info beyond the tracking info we provide to you and suggest that you contact the carrier with any transport questions you may have. 

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we cannot be held responsible. All items will have a tracking number. There are often times that the USPS does not offer full tracking but they always scan when delivered. In these moments, please contact the USPS with your tracking number, as we cannot track beyond what you can online.

Returns & Refunds

We have a strict 7-day exchange policy, which means you have no more than 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us for an RMA at Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to us prior to the new product being shipped out.

If an exchange is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back and paying for shipping on the replacement item. Customers MUST mark the outside of the package with the RMA number that was issued at the time of approval.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct any issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We cannot accept returns on Perfumes, Room Sprays, Lotions, Soaps, or Melts.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
