The Hoh Rainforest is one of my favorite places on earth, and one of the places I escape to whenever I get the chance.

There’s something about being there that makes everything else feel very far away. The enormous spruce and cedar, moss hanging from every surface, wet earth underfoot, and that impossibly green light that seems to filter through the whole forest. Even when other people are around, it can feel completely still.

I wanted this candle to smell like that.

Cool forest air, rain-soaked cedar and spruce, damp moss and earth, with just a touch of soft wildflower tucked into all that green. Not a generic “woods” scent, but my version of walking into the Hoh after the rain, when everything is wet and alive and the forest seems to breathe around you.

Directions

BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/4" to ensure even burning & prevent flame from becoming too large. Burn only on a stable, heat resistant surface for no more than four hours at a time. Stop using when only 1/4" of wax remains. Do not move candle while burning or if wax is hot.
