As of 4.03.23 all Online Candle orders are poured to order, due to relocating the studio. Please allow at least three business days for your order to ship and another four days from receiving your candles to burn them, giving proper time for them to cute. Thank you!
All orders are carefully packaged and photographed for quality assurance reasons prior to shipping. We ship in the most cost-effective manner possible, for both parties. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to make proper arrangements.
Free shipping over $100 does not include overnight or expedited shipping. All expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and there will be no shipping discount concessions. Thank you in advance for understanding, as shipping is high on our end as well.
Shipping fees are calculated by zip code and package weight.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and delivery instructions. We cannot retrieve ANY packages once they are handed off to the proper shipping authority so please double-check your information prior to placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages will ship with insurance.
Any returned packages will be subject to new shipping fees.
Due to the nature of most of our products, we DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
- Bath & Body
For anything else:
- Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with any issues. We are not responsible for damages that occur upon your opening, etc.
- All returns MUST be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to you shipping back to us. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of order receipt for an RMA. Please include your package slip with the return. Buyer is responsible for return postage/shipping fees. Items must be returned as they were sent. Anything that is sent back with damages, stains, etc. will be rejected.
- Order must be shipped back within 3 business days of issued RMA. No exceptions, as transit times are out of the hands of both parties and time is of the essence on most items.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping returns at their expense.
- You will receive an email with your RMA and return instructions once we have communicated a proper resolution.
We do not offer return labels. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
